"I had to verify my account on..."
I had to verify my account on Gazelle before I could keep going, and I was expecting it to be annoying or take forever.

It ended up being easy. They asked for the normal info, sent me a code, and I was through it quickly. No confusing pages or extra steps, which I appreciated because I’m usually trying to get things done without wasting time or money.

I like that they do the account check for safety, especially when I’m comparing prices and trying to make sure I’m getting a decent deal. It didn’t slow me down much at all, so overall it was a smooth experience...

I used Gazelle to sell my phone it was easy. They emailed me when they got the phone, then emailed again when the payment was on the way. I really hate when companies leave you sitting there wondering what’s going on, and I hate having to keep checking for updates, so this was a nice change. No guessing, no waiting around confused, no wondering if my phone disappeared somewhere. Overall, it was smooth and I appreciated the updates.

I sent my old iPhone to gazelle and was mostly paying attention to whether they’d try to drop the offer after looking it over. They inspected it and stuck with the original quote, which was what I cared about. No annoying back and forth or surprise issues. Simple experience overall.

"Pretty solid phone, warranty was simple"
I’ve had the phone for a little while now and it’s been working great so far. The battery seems to last about as long as I’d expect, and I haven’t noticed any weird issues or glitches. Dealing with the warranty was easy too, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’m happy with my Gazelle experience and I’d probably buy from them again.

I ordered a phone from Gazelle, and I’ll be honest, I was mainly watching the shipping more than anything. With stuff like this, you kind of hope the “estimated date” actually means something.
In my case, it did. The tracking moved along like it was supposed to, the package showed up on the expected day, and what was in the box was exactly what I ordered. Nothing missing, nothing odd, no little surprise to deal with.

It was a straightforward experience, which is really all I was looking for. Based on how this went, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again

I sent in my old iPhone because I liked the idea of it being reused instead of just sitting in a drawer or ending up in a landfill. The process was easy enough, and it does feel better than tossing it. That said, a few little things along the way made me feel less sure about how much I can trust the whole process, so I’m glad I did it, but I’d probably be more cautious next time.

Setup was okay overall, just took longer than I expected. Like I said, it wasn’t a huge problem, and the activation did work in the end. Like I said, just be ready to spend a bit of time getting everything going.

I had to cancel my Gazelle order because I realized, like, right after placing it that I picked the wrong phone model. I was kind of expecting it to turn into a whole hassle, so I wasn’t exactly thrilled.

But customer support got back to me faster than I thought they would, and they were able to stop the order before it shipped. The refund didn’t show up instantly or anything, but yeah, it came through after a few days like they told me it would.

I’m giving 4 stars just because I wish the cancel option was a little easier to find on the site. Other than that, though, everything was handled smoothly

“Call them, annoy them to give you a shipping label, and file a claim on paypal (if you did use paypal). This will ensure you get your money back (hopefully). Do some research about paypal claims and how to escalate them.”

“CALL THEM!! They seem to SUCK at answering emails, those incompetent fools. If you bought something, I wouldn't trust it. Make a paypal claim (if you used that) if they don't respond after this. Escalate the claim if they don't comply.”
